We are there 24/7, 7/7 for our clients, we answer within 24 hours any message any questions. We overdeliver for our clients, when they get X we give X and Y. A lot of companies claim to be customer centric we really are, we often refuse clients who want to work with us because we want to make sure we allocate our time properly.

We do not blame, if we made a mistake we take complete ownership, as a team member, from the CEO to the intern this is what we do. Everything that happens within the company is our mistake not someone else, not the industry not the market not the software.

 We are proactive not reactive, a customer support is reactive, waiting for clients contacting them, we are proactive which means we are anticipating clients problems and solve it for them.
